  • For interior projects, the following services are included in the standard contract:

    • Space planning including furniture layout

    • Design drawings as needed (floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, elevations, interior perspectives)

    • Interior finishes, fixtures (plumbing, lighting), and furniture selection

    • Coordination with suppliers and building administration

    • Purchasing (exclusive of transportation expenses)

    • Design of custom built-in furniture (incl. detail drawings)

    However, each contract is unique, allowing us to personalize your experience and service package.
